Therapies I provide

CBT

 CBT is an active solution focused therapy. We will develop your individual goals and create a unique treatment plan based on your needs. 

CFT

 Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) aims to help promote mental and emotional healing by encouraging people in treatment to be compassionate toward themselves and other people. 

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around us.

Exposure Therapy

 Exposure therapy is a behaviour therapy technique for the treatment of fear and anxiety. Exposure therapy embodies the 'face your fears' theory and involves encouraging clients to repeatedly face an object or situation which causes them anxiety.  

TRAUMA THERAPY

As a psychotherapist I can provide various therapeutic techniques for trauma such as: Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and Imagery Rescripting. I can help you to process any distressing memories.
