
I offer a warm, down-to-earth, and personalised approach to therapy, where your comfort and sense of ease are always the priority. I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, so creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to be yourself is at the heart of how I work.
We’ll begin with an initial assessment, giving us the opportunity to explore what’s been going on for you and what you would like to change. From there, we’ll work together to set clear, meaningful goals, and I will create a tailored treatment plan designed around your individual needs, pace, and preferences.
Alongside my clinical training, I aim to bring a grounded and relatable approach to my work. I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, and I offer therapy that is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you build confidence and coping tools that last beyond the sessions.
All clients leave therapy with their own CBT self-help toolkit to continue practising the skills learned and to support themselves beyond therapy, helping you become your own therapist over time.
